Quotations & Orders
Quotations are valid for 15 days from issue unless stated otherwise, and are based on the quantities, fabrics and print specifications described in them. Changes to any of these may change the price. An order is confirmed when you approve the final mockup and pay the advance; production is scheduled only after both.
Payment Terms
Standard terms are 50% advance with order confirmation and the balance before delivery, payable by bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or cash. Goods remain the property of RZ Print Solution until payment is received in full. Corporate credit terms are available by prior written agreement only.
Design Approval
You are responsible for reviewing the digital mockup carefully — including spellings, names, numbers, logos and colors — before approving it. Production follows the approved mockup exactly, and errors present in an approved mockup are not grounds for free replacement. You confirm that you hold the rights to any logos and artwork you supply, and you indemnify RZ Print Solution against third-party intellectual property claims arising from your artwork.
Production & Delivery
Production timelines are counted in working days from design approval and advance payment. Slight color variation between screen preview and printed fabric, and measurement tolerance up to half an inch, are standard in garment production and do not constitute defects. Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and claims are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before design approval. After production begins, cancellation is not possible as materials are cut and printed specifically for your order.
