TechBD Ltd. wanted a consistent look across their engineering and sales teams: a navy pique polo with their logo embroidered in two thread colors. We supplied a pre-production embroidered sample for sign-off, then produced the full 120-piece run across seven sizes.Woven size labels and individual poly-packing meant HR could hand out shirts on distribution day without any sorting.
The Challenge
The logo contained thin letterforms that tend to blur at small embroidery sizes, and sizing had to fit a 120-person team the client could not measure individually.
Our Solution
We re-digitised the logo with high-density stitching to keep the letters crisp at 9 cm width, and lent the client a full size-sample set for a two-day office fitting session before production.
