Multi-branch staff uniform program with embroidered branding for a leading restaurant chain.

A complete front-of-house uniform rollout across multiple branches: 150 shirts in the brand's signature palette with the logo embroidered on the chest and branch names on the sleeve. We specified a stain-release CVC fabric in a darker tone that stays presentable through full service shifts.Each branch's consignment was packed and labelled separately, and we maintain the specification on file for their rolling replacement orders as new staff join.

The Challenge

Coordinating consistent color and fit across branches with different staff size profiles, while keeping the fabric presentable through daily kacchi service.

Our Solution

We built a single master specification with a locked dye recipe and full size curve, ran a two-branch pilot batch for feedback, then rolled out the remaining branches with per-branch packing.
