Winter batch hoodies with large back print and individual member names for NSU Sports Club.
NSU Sports Club ordered 80 pullover hoodies in 320 GSM fleece for their winter batch drop. The design combined a large screen-printed back graphic with a left-chest crest and each member's name printed on the sleeve.We coordinated size collection through a shared spreadsheet with club executives and delivered the hoodies sorted by department, ready for their launch-day photo session on campus.
The Challenge
Eighty individual sleeve names alongside a two-color back print risked slowing production and pushing delivery past the club's planned launch event.
Our Solution
We ran the back and chest prints as a single screen-printing batch, then applied sleeve names in parallel with heat transfer vinyl — cutting three days off the schedule and hitting the launch date.
