500 high-visibility rider tees in brand pink, built for daily wear in Dhaka traffic.
A 500-piece production run of rider t-shirts in signature brand pink, screen printed front and back. The fabric brief was demanding: riders wear these shirts daily in heat, rain and constant washing, so we specified a 160 GSM dry fit knit with colorfast dyeing verified by wash testing before bulk production.Delivery was staggered across three hubs in Dhaka on the client's distribution schedule.
The Challenge
Exact brand-color matching on fabric at volume, plus a hard requirement that prints survive 50+ industrial washes without cracking.
Our Solution
We lab-dipped three fabric batches to match the brand pink before committing, and used high-cure plastisol ink with a wash-test report supplied to the client for approval prior to the bulk run.
