Production Time
Production begins after design approval and advance payment. Standard production takes 5-10 working days depending on product and quantity; each product page lists its typical range. Rush production for urgent events is available on request — tell us your deadline before confirming and we will let you know honestly whether we can meet it.
Delivery Inside Dhaka
We deliver across Dhaka city, typically within 1 working day of production completion. Delivery inside Dhaka is free for orders above 50 pieces; smaller orders carry a delivery charge of BDT 100-150 depending on the area. You are also welcome to collect your order directly from our Mirpur-10 shop.
Delivery Outside Dhaka
We ship to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through established courier services such as Sundarban, SA Paribahan and Pathao Courier. Outside-Dhaka delivery usually takes 2-3 working days after dispatch. Courier charges are based on weight and destination and are payable with your final balance; we will confirm the exact charge before dispatch.
Order Tracking & Receiving
Once your order ships, we send you the courier reference by SMS or WhatsApp so you can track it. Please count cartons and check quantities on receipt, and report any discrepancy within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Delays
We hit our committed dates in the overwhelming majority of orders. Where a delay is caused by factors beyond our control — courier disruption, hartal, extreme weather — we will inform you immediately and prioritise your dispatch the moment service resumes.
