File Formats We Accept
For the sharpest results, send vector files: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. Vectors scale to any size without losing quality, which matters enormously for logos and text. We also accept high-resolution raster files — PNG, JPG or layered PSD — at 300 DPI at the actual print size.
Only have a screenshot or a photo of your logo? Don't worry. Our design team redraws logos as clean vectors, usually free of charge with a confirmed order.
Color Guidelines
Screens display RGB, printers work differently — so expect slight shifts between what you see on your phone and the finished garment. If exact brand colors matter, give us Pantone codes or physical samples and we will match them. For sublimation, bright and saturated colors reproduce beautifully; very dark navy and pure black benefit from a quick check with our team on fabric choice.
Design Tips by Print Method
Sublimation: Go wild — gradients, photos and all-over patterns cost nothing extra. Design in the full garment template we provide.
Screen printing: Best with 1-4 solid colors. Fine gradients and tiny text add cost and risk; bold shapes print beautifully.
Embroidery: Avoid very thin lines and letters below 5 mm height — thread has a physical minimum width. Solid, chunky logos embroider best.
DTF: Handles fine detail and full color well; leave a small margin around artwork edges for the cleanest transfer.
